Day one of our enrichement had groups of students working on three individual structures: Tall; Strong; and Crossing an Open Space.

Students acted like Engineers to collaborate to build a structure based on the assigned task.  They troubleshootted issues, took suggestions from other groups and applied what they learned to make a plan for next time.
